Designing custom tableware for Caraiba Design and the Baglioni Hotels in the Maldives and Sardinia was a truly inspiring project – created especially for their restaurant Mirto.
The goal was to translate the atmosphere of these destinations into a refined collection of plates. As part of the process, I hand-drew the blueberry motif requested by the client – a small but distinctive element that became central to the identity of the pieces.
The design balances elegance with a sense of place, allowing the tableware to feel naturally connected to both the Mediterranean light of Sardinia and the turquoise tones of the Maldives.
A project shaped through detail, atmosphere, and collaboration – where each piece is designed to belong to its surroundings.
